    This new addition to the Adventure Series lineup of lift systems is built around the Zone Offroad heavy-duty replacement upper control arms already available for the 01-10 HD trucks. The arms are made from 3/16 inch steel that is precision laser cut, formed and fully welded. Preinstalled MOOG brand ball joints and rubber bushings provide an easy installation and long service life. The ball joint is repositioned to compensate for the added lift and maintain a neutral position at ride height. To complement the improved upper ball joint angles, the kit address the other area often ignored at this lift height - the CV shafts. The new Adventure Series kit for the 01-10 HDs includes a full differential drop system that relocates the differential down 2 inch for near stock angles at the 3 inch lift height. This is accomplished with a drop spacer on the passenger's side, (2) drop brackets for the front driver's mount and a integrated half crossmember for the driver's rear mount. A new different skid plate is included to protect the differential in its new position. The rear is lifted via a 2 inch block and u-bolts.
    Front and rear shocks are included and can be upgrade to Nitro versions.

    Zone Offroad Products 2011-16 Chevy 2500HD 3" Adventure Series Lift System. This new system uses the popular Zone Adventure Series boxed steel upper control arm design along with traditional torsion key technology in order to gain 3" of lift. By using the new fabricated arms, equipped with factory style ball joints and rubber bushings, the system is able to maintain a better quality ride and suspension travel over standard "leveling kits". In addition, a front differential drop is included to keep CV angles within the factory operating range. Rear 2" blocks bring the rear up to give a very slight tail high stance allowing the truck to be used as it was intended without having a saggy ride. Front and rear Nitro shocks come standard to round out this simple yet advanced suspension system.

    Zone Offroad 2007-2013 Chevy 1500 4wd 3.5" Adventure Series Lift System. Just like the Zone Offroad 1500 Ram Adventure Series Kits, this system is built around the Zone Offroad heavy-duty replacement upper control arms. Made from fully weld 1/8" steel plate construction as well as CNC machined ball joint and bushing mounts, these arms dwarf the factory components. In addition to overall strength of construction, the new arms trump the factory components by providing more range of motion. The arms utilize high quality MOOG brand ball joints that can handle heavy duty use and work in conjunction with OE-style rubber mount bushings to provide a quiet ride. The ball joints are greaseable and easily replaced with readily available parts at the end of their service. Proper brake line attachment points are included on the arms where needed for a factory-like fit. Matching the construction and quality of the new UCAs is a fully integrated front differential drop and differential skid plate system that relocates the differential for optimal driveline angles. The included strut spacers provide a full 3.5 inch of lift and install easily on the factory struts without the need of a strut compressor. In order to match up rear with the newly lifted front, a 3 inch block and u-bolt system is included that replaces the factory 1 inch block to net 2 inch and provide an overall level vehicle stance. The choice of standard hydraulic or Nitro rear shocks rounds out the kit.
